SOUTH CAROLINA NASCLA (UNLIMITED) GENERAL CONTRACTOR

The South Carolina Unlimited Building Contractor license classification covers residential, commercial, industrial, institutional, and modular construction along with remodeling or ancillary work. Unlimited also allows for work under many of the various sub classifications. Also by passing this one exam, you will have passed the trades exam in NC, SC, GA, AL, TN, MS, NV, OR, LA, AR, WV, UT, VA and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

The South Carolina Residential Contractor can build or remodel any type of residential structure. No commercial work can be performed with this license.
